  • Up front pricing: No credit card processing or other additional fees.

  • Clearly marked shipping and handling fees confirmed before your order is finalized.

  • No product or service substitutions will be made without your approval.


General Policies 

  • 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. If you have any issue with any items or services purchased, contact us immediately and we will make it right.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to comply with any federal, state, or local laws.

  • No sales of 30 round magazines to MA, MD, NY, CA, NJ, HI.


Payment Methods 

  • Tactical Etching accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express as payment. We will accept personal checks and money orders, however, no service will be completed nor products shipped until payment has cleared the bank.

  • We do not accept cash for orders placed through our website. Federal law prohibits the mailing of cash via the USPS



  • All returned merchandise must have a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) issued by our returns department.

  • Returned items must be in the original condition and packaging to include all accessories and inserts.

  • Items returned without an RMA number will be returned at the shipper’s expense.
